Orbit Capital has provided €3m of venture debt to Autofixer, the Polish online car-parts retailer and platform. Autofixer will use the financing for further European expansion, platform development and team growth. Chief executive Szymon Jezierski said, "The financing from Orbit Capital gives us the resources for our next stage of growth. We will invest in improving the platform, expanding our team and entering more European markets." Terms of the financing were not disclosed.

Autofixer sells car parts online by combining vehicle data with parts catalogues, supplier listings and records of earlier part-to-vehicle matches. Distributors supply the products, while Autofixer handles listing integration, customer acquisition, marketing and customer service in each country.

The company said it has generated about €41m of revenue so far this year and expects about €52m by the end of 2026. It said it has had positive monthly EBITDA since July, processed more than 840,000 orders in the first ten months of 2026 and expects to reach 1m orders by year-end.

Autofixer said Czechia is its next market, with sales expected to launch within a month. It also plans AI-powered tools to help drivers choose parts and a drivers' app. The company's founders previously built the fashion e-commerce brands Renee and born2be, later combined under AZA Group, which at its peak generated about €114m of annual revenue, the company said.

Montis Capital invested in Autofixer in 2023 and again in 2025; My Company Polska reported on 26 March 2025 that Montis invested €1.3m in the company's 2023 seed round, while the amount of the 2025 round was not disclosed.

Puls Biznesu reported on 30 July 2026 that Autofixer was in talks with automotive strategic investors and large foreign funds and was preparing an equity round of PLN 20m-40m for 2027. It said the company had raised about PLN 17m in total from Montis Capital and private investors. Filings in Poland's KRS company register show Autofixer.com sp. z o.o. reported 2025 revenue of PLN 130.6m and a net loss of PLN 5.5m. Puls Biznesu said Autofixer sells in nine markets and holds no warehouse stock of its own.

Orbit Capital, which operates from Prague and Warsaw, reached a €107m second close in July 2026 on Growth Debt Fund II, above its €100m target. The fund writes tickets of €3m-15m for tech companies with at least €3m of revenue, but Orbit Capital did not say which of its funds provided the Autofixer financing. Orbit Capital general partner Wiktor Namysł said, "At this stage, venture debt is a natural way to support further growth, providing additional capital to scale the business without diluting existing shareholders."

Recent Orbit Capital deals include up to €6m of venture debt to Polish education platform Coding Giants and venture debt to CleanCloud in partnership with Danube Flow.
