NatWest has provided Perk with a £25 million debt facility to support expansion across the UK, Europe and the US. The package is a separate bank facility from the company’s $300 million private credit financing closed in June.
Perk, formerly TravelPerk, is an AI-native travel, expense and spend management platform used by more than 12,000 businesses. Founded in 2015, it has UK offices in Birmingham, London and Edinburgh, employs more than 1,800 people and has reported annualised revenue approaching $400 million after 48 per cent growth in 2025.
Ed Eden, SVP strategic finance at Perk, said the funding gives additional flexibility for international expansion and further investment in the company’s AI-native platform and customer experience.
Richard Dowen, relationship director at NatWest, said the bank is supporting the next stage of Perk’s growth as it expands into new markets across the UK, Europe and the United States.
In June 2026 Perk closed a $300 million private credit facility led by Neuberger Specialty Finance, with Blue Owl Capital, Hercules Capital and Liquidity, upsizing and replacing a 2024 credit facility. The NatWest package announced this week is a distinct UK bank debt facility.
