Viola Credit has provided a $10m debt facility to Easol, which Easol says was part of a $30m Series A extension, Music Business Worldwide reported on 28 October. Easol is a London-headquartered booking and payments platform used by festival promoters.
The $20m equity portion came from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Foundation Capital, FMZ Ventures, Notion Capital and Eight Roads. The company said the new money takes Easol’s total funding, including the debt facility, to $60m. Tenor, pricing and warrants were not disclosed.
Easol says its platform serves festival and experience businesses and that it has offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. The company said 2.8 million guests have booked experiences through the platform so far in 2026, across more than 135 countries. Easol says it has launched Teammates, a set of AI agents for festival and experience businesses.
Easol announced a $25m Series A in December 2021, led by Tiger Global, with Notion Capital, Foundation Capital, Y Combinator and FMZ Ventures also investing. A $4.5m seed round came earlier in 2021. At the time, the two 2021 rounds took total funding to about $30m. The same five investors returned for the extension, joined by Eight Roads and Viola Credit.
