Wayflyer has secured a $50 million corporate debt facility from Trinity Capital Inc., adding further capacity to its working capital platform for small businesses.
The Dublin-based company said the facility will expand the pool of growth capital available to meet rising SME demand for working capital. Proceeds will also support investment in emerging growth areas, including the expansion of Wayflyer’s AI capability Intelligence, which it acquired earlier this year.
The deal follows a $1.5 billion forward flow agreed with Fortress Investment Group in July 2026, which gave Wayflyer total funding capacity to deploy up to $4.5 billion over the next 24 months. In February 2026, the company also secured a $250 million credit facility with ATLAS SP Partners.
Since launching in 2020, Wayflyer has deployed more than $6 billion in working capital.
“The foundational work of building a capital stack lets us meet the growing demands of the market for our working capital,” said Aidan Corbett, CEO and co-founder of Wayflyer. “We are thankful for the partnership with Trinity, who understands what we are building and moved quickly. This facility gives us the room to fuel our next phase of growth, and invest our own capital in emerging growth areas.”
For Trinity Capital, an international alternative asset manager focused on private credit, the transaction extends a European lending programme run from its London office. Trinity has deployed more than $6.2 billion across more than 490 investments since 2008, as of 30 June 2026.
“We believe Wayflyer is reshaping how small businesses access growth capital, using performance data to put funding in founders’ hands far faster than conventional models allow,” said Craig Fox, Managing Director of Originations, Tech Lending at Trinity Capital. “We are proud to partner with the Wayflyer team and grow that relationship as Trinity’s European platform continues to expand.”
