Trinity Capital (Nasdaq: TRIN) has committed $30 million of growth capital to Iantrek, with the Phoenix firm announcing the debt facility on 28 April 2026.

Trinity said the facility will support Iantrek, a White Plains, New York medical technology company that develops minimally invasive tools for glaucoma, as it accelerates commercial expansion of its product portfolio, advances development and regulatory work on pipeline products, scales manufacturing and distribution, and strengthens market access. AlloFlo Uveo, Iantrek's lead commercial technology, launched in October 2025.

Rob Lake, Senior Managing Director, Life Sciences at Trinity, said Iantrek's technology, clinical evidence and early commercial results position the company well in surgical ophthalmology. "We are pleased to support their team as they enter this next phase of rapid growth," he said.

Adam Szaronos, Chief Executive of Iantrek, said the financing would help the company keep pace with growing physician demand for its platform. "It positions us to accelerate adoption of AlloFlo Uveo, our lead commercial technology, and advance the next wave of bio-interventional innovation," he said.

Trinity is an alternative asset manager headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with its team located across the United States and Europe. It sources and structures investments across five lending verticals: Sponsor Finance, Equipment Finance, Tech Lending, Asset Based Lending and Life Sciences. As of 31 December 2025 it had deployed more than $5.5 billion across over 463 investments since 2008. In 2025 the firm funded $1.5 billion of investments and originated $2.1 billion of new commitments. At the year end its investment portfolio had a fair value of about $2.4 billion across 176 portfolio companies, and platform assets under management stood at $2.8 billion.

The Trinity facility follows a $42 million Series C that Iantrek closed on 20 August 2025, led by USVP and joined by aMoon, with existing investors Visionary Ventures and Sectoral Asset Management among the backers. Radius Special Situations Fund and Civilization Ventures also participated. Iantrek said the equity would fund the US commercial launch of AlloFlo Uveo and broader pipeline expansion. Visionary Ventures and Sectoral Asset Management had led the company's $23 million Series B, closed on 30 August 2022.
