Stride Ventures has committed $18 million in growth debt to BRKZ under the Riyadh company’s previously announced facility of up to $30 million. The debt sits alongside a $13 million Series B equity round, bringing the full package announced today to $31 million.

BRKZ is an AI-enabled building materials procurement platform serving contractors, factories and suppliers across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Founded in 2022 and based in Riyadh, it supplies materials into Vision 2030 projects including The Red Sea Project, Diriyah, Qiddiya, ROSHN and King Salman Park.

The Series B equity was co-led by Wa’ed Ventures, the venture capital arm of Aramco, and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and Anb Seed Fund. Stride, already BRKZ’s financing partner, said the $18 million supports working capital and flexible payment terms for customers, including embedded financing for contractors and suppliers. Equity proceeds will also advance the company’s AI-powered pricing and fulfilment engine.

Ibrahim Manna, Founder and Chief Executive of BRKZ, said the company had achieved record growth despite regional and supply-chain disruption, and that the new capital would extend its reach across Saudi Arabia and the region after years spent building supply network, infrastructure and data.

Stride’s facility of up to $30 million was first announced in October 2025. Earlier in 2026 BRKZ also took a strategic investment from SIC, the investment arm of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. The company said it has raised more than $70 million in total capital since inception across equity and debt.
