Kapital has raised $125 million in new financing from Tru Arrow Partners and Fasanara Capital, with Cervin Ventures, Niya Partners and Overlook Capital also participating. The Mexico City-based AI-powered B2B financial institution said the capital will accelerate product innovation and expand its presence across Mexico, the United States and other markets.

The company did not break out how much of the $125 million is equity and how much is debt. Tru Arrow Partners is described as co-leading the round. Fasanara Capital, a London alternative investment firm active in credit strategies, is named alongside Tru Arrow as a provider of the financing.

Kapital offers AI-powered financial services to businesses and individuals across Mexico, Colombia, Spain and the United States. In the first half of 2026 it reported net income of about $50 million, a loan portfolio above $1.7 billion and deposits above $3.5 billion.

René Saúl, Chief Executive and co-founder of Kapital, said the new capital would let the company accelerate its next phase of growth in priority markets including Mexico and the United States.

Francesco Filia, Founder and Chief Executive of Fasanara Capital, said Kapital’s growth showed the strength of its business model and AI capabilities. Adam Silverschotz, co-founder and Managing Partner of Tru Arrow Partners, said Tru Arrow was pleased to co-lead the round.

In September 2025 Kapital announced a Series C of up to $110 million that doubled its valuation to more than $1.3 billion. It serves more than 350,000 customers.
