Gilion has provided DeepAlert Limited with €1.5m of growth financing. The Stockholm-based lender described the deal as growth financing in a LinkedIn post on 8 September 2026, the first public announcement of the deal.
DeepAlert is a UK AI video analytics company based in London and led by Chief Executive Howard Harrison. It sells software that filters false alarms and detects intrusions using customers’ existing cameras.
A Companies House charge over DeepAlert Limited created on 10 June 2026, names Gilion Credit I AB as the person entitled and remains outstanding, suggesting the facility may have closed months before the September announcement.
Oliver Hermann Enevoldsen, Gilion Investment Manager, said DeepAlert was “making existing security infrastructure genuinely smarter.”
Gilion provides non-dilutive Growth Loan and Seasonal Credit facilities to software and SaaS businesses, typically in tickets of €0.5m to €5m, and says it has deployed more than €150m across European startups.
Its markets include Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, where its funding products went live in August 2025.
