Cypress Growth Capital has provided non-dilutive financing to Vironix Health, an Austin, Texas-based provider of remote patient monitoring for physician practices. Cypress announced the financing on its site on 20 October 2026, describing Vironix as serving practices treating patients with chronic conditions.
The amount and terms were not disclosed, and the release did not state the instrument, structure, pricing or tenor. Dealroom News reported the transaction as debt financing. Vironix will use the non-dilutive funding primarily to expand its sales and client success functions.
Founded in 2020, Vironix helps practices monitor and care for patients with conditions including heart failure, kidney disease, lung disease and diabetes between office visits. It supplies connected devices, a patient app, enrolment and engagement tools and reimbursement support, and says its AI identifies patients who qualify for monitoring and flags potential deterioration. Sumanth Swaminathan, co-founder and chief executive of Vironix Health, said: "Vironix is already profitable, with significant opportunities ahead."
Public SEC Form D filings show Vironix Health Inc. has filed notices since 2020 for small private offerings. The most recent amendment, filed on 29 December 2025, reported $1.77m sold to 14 investors in a continuing offering of debt convertible into equity, with first sale on 16 October 2024.
Dallas-based Cypress says it has invested exclusively in SaaS and tech-enabled services companies across the US since 2010. Its website describes its product as royalty-based growth capital, with funding provided in exchange for a fixed percentage of future monthly revenues until payments reach a predetermined cap, and says it takes no equity or board seat. The release did not say whether the Vironix financing follows that structure. Other recent Cypress financings announced on its site include StorageDefender, a Denton, Texas self-storage monitoring company, and Ooga Technologies, a Durham, North Carolina inspection technology company.
