Claret Capital Partners has provided Neurent Medical with a €25 million growth debt facility. The Galway company will use the financing to support commercial expansion of its NEUROMARK System, accelerate sales and marketing investment and strengthen its balance sheet.

Neurent Medical develops the NEUROMARK System for the treatment of chronic rhinitis. It is headquartered in Galway, Ireland, with US operations in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Brian Shields, Chief Executive of Neurent Medical, said the facility provides “significant financial flexibility while allowing us to continue executing our growth strategy with minimal dilution to shareholders.”

Daniel Mallon, Principal at Claret Capital Partners, said Neurent had established NEUROMARK as a leading treatment option for chronic rhinitis and that Claret was backing further commercial expansion.

The debt facility follows a €62.5 million Series C equity financing completed earlier in 2026. It is a separate borrower facility from Claret’s European Growth Capital Fund IV final close announced the same week.
