Tiger Global-backed fintech BharatPe has raised $14 million (Rs 135 crore) in debt funding through non-convertible debentures, according to RoC filings reported by MediaNama.

InnoVen Capital led the round with Rs 80 crore, while Neo Group invested Rs 40 crore through two AIFs. Alteria Capital contributed Rs 15 crore. The raise comes months after BharatPe secured Rs 90 crore in debt led by RevX Capital.

The funding comes as BharatPe, which focuses on payments and UPI, prepares for a potential public listing. CEO Nalin Negi told PTI, as cited by MediaNama, that the company is prioritising profitability and would go public when market conditions are favourable. He also said a pre-IPO funding round is expected, but an IPO is not on the cards for FY26.
