Funds and accounts managed by BlackRock provided a credit facility to Titan OS as part of a $46m financing round. The round also included equity from existing investors Highland Europe and Mangrove Capital Partners.
Neither the split between debt and equity nor the terms of the facility were disclosed. Undiluted understands the facility to have been provided by BlackRock Growth Lending, formerly Kreos Capital, but has not been able to confirm this.
Titan OS, headquartered in Barcelona, makes an independent, Linux-based operating system for smart TVs. It is licensed to TV brands including Philips, JVC, Vestel, Skyworth and Sharp, and uses a revenue-sharing advertising model with TV makers.
Titan OS said the proceeds will be used to expand global OEM partnerships, enter new markets, and invest in product and advertising technology. Titan OS chief financial officer Hyoung-Ung Kim said: "Investments from BlackRock alongside Highland Europe and Mangrove gives us the capital to build on that foundation, expand into new markets, and do it from a position of financial strength."
The financing follows a $58m Series A announced on 2 December 2025, led by Highland Europe with participation from Mangrove Capital Partners and other investors. Titan OS said at the time it would use that funding for product improvements. It now puts total funding to date at $110m.
The company was founded in 2023, has more than 200 staff, and has offices in London and Taipei.
