VentureSoul Partners has provided venture debt to Karkhana.io, a Mumbai-based electronics manufacturing services provider, to fund working capital as existing customer programmes scale up to mass production.

The size of the facility was not disclosed. VentureSoul announced the deal in a LinkedIn post, as reported by VCCircle.

Karkhana.io provides end-to-end electronics manufacturing services, including printed circuit board assembly, box-build, sourcing and testing, to original equipment manufacturers in the electric vehicle and automotive, industrial, healthcare and consumer electronics sectors.

Founded in 2018 by chief executive Sonam Motwani, Karkhana.io raised about $1.5m in a January 2021 seed round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India. In January 2024, it raised a $6.3m Series A led by Arkam Ventures and Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, with participation from existing investor Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, taking total funding to $9.8m at the time.

VentureSoul Partners is a Mumbai-based venture debt firm founded in June 2024 by Anurag Tripathi, Ashish Gala and Kunal Wadhwa, offering structured credit to growth-stage companies. Its maiden fund, VentureSoul Capital Fund I, is a SEBI-registered Category II alternative investment fund. The fund held a first close at Rs 150 crore (~$15.5m USD) in September 2024 and reached its Rs 300 crore (~$31.5m USD) base target in November 2025, triggering a greenshoe option of an equal amount.
