Trinity Capital has provided a $100m senior secured debt facility to Route 92 Medical, a West Jordan, Utah-based neurovascular intervention company, and proceeds will support product innovation and commercial growth, according to a 20 October 2026 company release. Pricing, tenor and structure were not disclosed.

Route 92 Medical develops neurovascular catheters and systems used in stroke treatment. Its products include Tenzing delivery catheters, the FreeClimb and HiPoint systems and the Monopoint platform. The company said HiPoint 88 is the first super-bore aspiration system with FDA clearance for direct aspiration of large vessel occlusions in acute ischaemic stroke.

Raj Denhoy, chief financial officer of Route 92 Medical, said: "This facility gives us additional financial flexibility to support the strong demand we are seeing for our products."

The company, founded by physicians, has more than 200 issued patents. In April 2026, it announced a $50m Series F-2 preferred stock growth financing led by Novo Holdings, with participation from new investor Sectoral Asset Management and existing investors U.S. Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, InnovaHealth Partners and The Vertical Group. That followed a $50m Series F extension in 2024 and a $31m Series F in 2023.

Trinity Capital, listed on the NYSE as TRIN, is an alternative asset manager investing across tech lending, equipment finance, healthcare and life sciences, sponsor finance and asset-based lending. It reported $880m of new commitments in the third quarter of 2026. On the same day as the Route 92 announcement, Trinity also announced a $20m growth capital commitment to ABM Respiratory Care; earlier in 2026 it committed $50m to Cala Health and $30m to Iantrek.
