Stride Ventures has provided Magicpin with ₹15 crore of venture debt, Business Standard reported on 8 April 2026, citing people aware of the matter.

The newspaper said Magicpin would use the money to deepen AI-led offerings for small retailers. It said the company had already deployed part of the facility and was likely to use the rest on further AI work.

Magicpin is a hyperlocal e-commerce platform.

Business Standard said this was Magicpin's third venture debt raise since 2015, that earlier borrowings had been repaid, and that the company had prepaid its second debt tranche. Lifetime funding now stands at $100 million, including debt.
