Stride Ventures has provided venture debt to Enhance as part of an $18.2 million mix of equity and debt, with Global Ventures supplying the equity. The split between the two instruments was not disclosed, and the parties did not attach a formal round label to the financing.
Enhance, founded in Dubai in 2018 by Tarek Mounir, sells enterprise software that gym operators use to run personal training. The company said the capital will be concentrated on the United States, where it entered in January 2025, and on further international growth.
Enhance describes the platform as an operating system for personal training, covering trainer management, bookings, payments and performance data. It said the software is licensed across more than 700 clubs globally, including locations operated by Crunch Fitness, In-Shape Family Fitness, UFC Gym and PureGym USA, and supports more than 15,000 personal trainers and 500,000 booked sessions a month.
Mounir, Founder and Chief Executive, said the financing added growth capital and diversified Enhance's capital structure. Noor Sweid, Founder and Managing Partner of Global Ventures, said the firm had backed Enhance across successive rounds. Global Ventures led a $3 million Series A in September 2021 after Enhance bootstrapped its early years, and lists the company as a Series B investment from its second and third funds. Dubai government-backed Oraseya Capital also lists Enhance among its portfolio companies.
Enhance also operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, with Saudi Arabia its fastest-growing market outside the US. GymNation is its anchor regional customer, and Enhance runs personal training operations across the chain's UAE, Saudi and Bahrain locations. The company said revenue has grown at an average annual rate of 65 per cent since 2019.
Stride, an India-headquartered venture debt and growth credit firm, says it has enabled more than $1.6 billion of credit across more than 200 companies and seven funds. In February 2026 it said it had received backing from the Public Investment Fund's Jada Fund of Funds, and that it aimed to deploy more than $1 billion globally in the coming years, including about $200 million in Saudi Arabia over the next two years.
Enhance joins erad, BRKZ and Dubai-based Merit Incentives among the regional companies Stride has publicly backed as it builds a GCC portfolio. Global Ventures, a UAE-based firm founded in 2018, says it has $400 million of assets under management and more than 70 portfolio companies.
