Palatine Growth Credit has provided a £2m growth focused facility to Log my Care, a London-based provider of care management software.

The proceeds will be used for further feature enhancements in the Log my Care platform, including investment in AI, with a roadmap focused on care plan tools and risk prediction models. Pricing, tenor and warrants were not disclosed.

Log my Care was founded in 2017 by Sam Hussain and Adam Hurst, former University of Oxford students, and provides B2B software for the care sector, specialising in complex care. It holds NHS Assured Supplier status and has more than 1,000 customers across the UK, supporting 30,000 service users.

In September, Hussain moved from co-founder and chief executive into a new role as founder director, while Matt Russell joined as chief executive. Russell was previously chief executive of employee benefits platform Zest, which was acquired by Epassi Group, after which he ran Zest and Epassi UK.

Matt Russell, chief executive of Log my Care, said: "We are delighted to be partnering with Palatine, and this funding will be used for further enhancements in the platform including building on our AI capabilities."

Sam Hussain, founder director, said: "This funding enables another step in our vision to make preventative care a reality."

According to Companies House filings, a charge in favour of Palatine GC Holdings Limited was created over LMC Software Ltd on 30 September 2026. It is the company's only registered charge.

Log my Care raised a £3.25m round in November 2022 led by Mercia from its Northern Venture Capital Trusts, with Oxford Capital and angel investors. It had earlier raised £1m from angels. In April 2024, it raised a further £3m from existing investor Mercia Ventures, taking total funding raised to more than £7m.

Palatine Growth Credit is part of the Manchester-based Palatine Group, alongside its buyout and impact private equity funds. Its maiden Growth Credit Fund reached a £75m first close in February 2024 and held a final close in May 2024, and Palatine has since described it as an £81m fund. It lends to maturing, non-start-up UK technology companies with double-digit annual revenue growth, with a focus on the UK regions. In June 2026, Palatine said the fund had passed £50m of committed limits.
