Live Oak Bank has provided a venture debt facility to LakeFusion, adding non-dilutive growth capital for the company’s Databricks-native master data management platform.

The size of the facility was not disclosed. LakeFusion said the capital will be used to invest in its platform, including its core MDM offering, LakeGraph and Product Information Management, and to accelerate sales growth in priority sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, and retail and consumer goods.

LakeFusion helps enterprises resolve fragmented customer, supplier, product and company data into governed golden records without moving data into a separate MDM system. Its software runs inside a customer’s Databricks environment and is available on Databricks Marketplace. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas.

In May 2026, LakeFusion raised a $7.5 million seed round led by Silverton Partners, with participation from existing investor Carbide Ventures.

“Live Oak took the time to understand our business, our market, and the opportunity ahead of us,” said Arjun Vaidya, director of finance at LakeFusion. “This financing gives us greater flexibility to invest in our platform and accelerate LakeFusion’s growth.”

Live Oak Bank is the primary subsidiary of Wilmington, North Carolina-based Live Oak Bancshares, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker LOB. The financing was provided by the bank’s Venture Banking team.
