Inveready has provided INVENTIA Kinetics with €5 million of venture debt. The parties announced the facility on 16 July 2026. The loan was made through Inveready Venture Finance IV Trainera, a 2023-vintage fund that Inveready lists with a €100 million target.

Singular Bank Corporate Advisory introduced the parties and advised the Spanish company on the financing. INVENTIA said the money will strengthen its financial capacity and fund working capital on long-cycle industrial programmes, so it can take on several larger projects at once. Management said the facility supports a growth plan over the next three to five years.

INVENTIA, founded in 2002, employs more than 85 people at sites in Madrid and Seville. It provides aerospace and defence engineering and satellite integration, and has worked with Airbus Group, ArianeGroup and the European Space Agency.

"INVENTIA is a mature and well-established company that already enjoys the trust of its customers. What we needed was stronger financial capacity to undertake larger and more complex projects, and in Inveready we have found the right partner to support an ambitious growth roadmap over the next three to five years," said José Antonio García Gallego, founder and chief executive.

Gerardo Redondo, investment director at Inveready, said: "INVENTIA is a leading company operating in a strategic sector with significant growth potential. With the right financial partner, it is well positioned to take major steps forward. At Inveready, we are committed to strengthening the company's financial capacity so it can confidently deliver larger and more ambitious projects."

Inveready, founded in 2008, is based in San Sebastián and has offices in Madrid and Barcelona. The firm says it manages more than €2.7 billion. Venture Finance IV Trainera is registered with Spain's CNMV as an FCR-Pyme and is Inveready's fourth dedicated venture-debt vehicle. The predecessor, Inveready Venture Finance III, is a €50 million 2020 fund. In July 2024 COFIDES committed €5 million to Trainera from FONPYME and described the strategy as a €33 million Inveready sleeve alongside a €67 million alliance with Banco Santander, taking the combined target to €100 million. Average tickets were put at €2.5 million, with total funding able to exceed €5 million.

No earlier equity or debt raise by INVENTIA has been disclosed. Coupon, tenor and warrants were not published.
