General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund has provided a $113 million warehouse credit facility to Félix, the Miami headquartered WhatsApp remittance fintech that serves Latino immigrants in the United States sending money to Latin America.

The warehouse line is the debt sleeve of a $200 million Series C financing package that also includes $87 million of equity led by Andreessen Horowitz. QED Investors, Castle Island Ventures, Switch Ventures, Contour Venture Partners and Endeavor Catalyst participated in the equity round.

Félix, also known as Felix Pago, said the capital will be used to expand its liquid treasury corridors, scale its natural language processing and machine learning engineering teams, broaden financial regulatory compliance frameworks and accelerate customer acquisition across the Americas.

Félix, led by Co-Founder and Chief Executive Manuel J Godoy and Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Bernardo Garcia, lets users send money by text or voice message within WhatsApp.

General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund is the firm's non-dilutive growth financing vehicle, structured around customer acquisition and customer value with a capped return. The fund had earlier involvement with Félix around the Series B, and the new warehouse credit extends that relationship into a larger debt commitment alongside the Andreessen Horowitz-led equity.

The package follows a $75 million Series B in April 2025 led by QED Investors, when Félix said it planned to push into more Latin American corridors and begin offering credit and savings alongside remittances. The company has now raised nearly $300 million in total and said its valuation had increased threefold since the Series B, without disclosing a formal post-money figure for the Series C.
