Claret Capital Partners has reached the final close of Claret European Growth Capital Fund IV, bringing total capital raised with affiliated discretionary mandates to €575m.

The close takes capital raised since inception to €1.3bn. Fund IV is already 32% deployed across 27 companies, including Billie, Cinclus Pharma, PRODA, Inventiva, SIS Medical, Surfe and VIOTAS.

The investor base includes pension plans, insurers, family offices and other institutional investors. Private wealth capital was raised through an ELTIF structure, alongside discretionary co-investment partnerships.

Johan Kampe, Managing Partner at Claret Capital Partners, said: "As equity markets remain more selective and founders look for ways to grow without unnecessary dilution, we expect demand for flexible, non-dilutive capital to keep accelerating, and Fund IV positions us to meet that demand at scale."

Fund III held its final close at €297m in 2022. Fund IV previously reached a second close of more than €350m in September 2025.

Claret said it has deployed more than €1.5bn across more than 210 companies, with capital recycled across vintages spanning technology, life sciences and impact.

The firm has added team members in Paris and plans to place staff in Berlin.

Claret is a London-based growth debt manager led by Managing Partners David Bateman and Johan Kampe.
