Claret Capital Partners has provided a $50m growth financing facility to LearnUpon, a Dublin-based provider of learning management software. Claret said the investment was made through its Fund IV.
LearnUpon said the non-dilutive capital will fund accelerated product development, grow its international market presence and support acquisition opportunities. Pricing, tenor and other terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2012 by Brendan Noud and Des Anderson, LearnUpon provides corporate learning management software used to train employees, customers and member networks. Its named customers include Waymo, Wayve and World Rugby.
Brendan Noud, chief executive and co-founder of LearnUpon, said: "This $50M facility fuels our vision to pioneer agentic learning. It gives us the financial strength to innovate aggressively, scale rapidly, and define the future of enterprise learning."
Philip Treacy, vice president at Claret Capital Partners, said: "LearnUpon has built a strong, scaled business and is now moving quickly to capture the opportunity agentic AI is creating in corporate learning. We're delighted to support the team as the company accelerates its organic and acquisition strategy."
LearnUpon raised a $56m minority growth equity investment from Summit Partners in October 2020, described at the time as its first major capital raise. In November 2025, it acquired Courseau, a Berlin-founded AI course authoring platform, for an undisclosed sum. Courseau was integrated into LearnUpon as Create+ in March 2026.
