Bigfoot Capital has provided a senior growth facility to Wyebot.

Brian Parks, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of the Denver lender, welcomed Wyebot to the Bigfoot portfolio in a LinkedIn post and said the firm was partnering with Co-Founder and Chief Executive Roger Sands and Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Anil Gupta.

Bigfoot's portfolio page lists the product as a Senior Growth Facility, with Wyebot marked as invested in 2026 and based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Wyebot, founded in 2016, sells a vendor-agnostic Wireless Intelligence Platform that pairs on-site sensors with cloud software. The platform monitors Wi-Fi from the end-user perspective, identifies the root cause of connectivity problems and produces suggested fixes so that IT teams can troubleshoot remotely rather than travel to site. Parks said the company serves enterprises, healthcare organisations, manufacturers and educational institutions.

The facility follows an $8 million Series A in May 2022, led by Stage 1 Ventures, in which existing backers Tectonic Ventures, Innospark Ventures and Launch Capital also participated. The company said that round was to commercialise the platform across distributed enterprise, education, healthcare, manufacturing and warehousing.

Separate SEC filings show that Wyebot has raised debt through Regulation D offerings. A Form D filed in March 2025 recorded $880,000 sold of a $2.5 million debt offering to eight investors, while a separate offering launched in June 2025 had reached $4.81 million of a $5.5 million target by April 2026, with 18 investors. It is not clear from the filings whether Bigfoot Capital’s senior growth facility formed part of either offering.

Bigfoot, founded in 2017 and run by Parks with Co-Founder and Chief Credit Officer Pete Freeman, offers committed loan facilities of $1 million to $5 million to established B2B software businesses. It has not said where the Wyebot ticket sits in that range. The firm's website says it has funded 70 companies and has taken no equity.

In June 2025 Altriarch Asset Management announced a $15 million senior secured revolving credit facility for Bigfoot, with a $10 million accordion that would take the line to $25 million. Altriarch said the two-year facility, with an optional one-year extension, would fund new originations to growth-stage software companies, and that Bigfoot had by then deployed nearly $100 million to more than 50 software companies.
