Accel-KKR Credit Partners has provided more than $100m in strategic growth financing to MyComplianceOffice, a compliance management software provider for financial services firms.
MyComplianceOffice, also known as MCO, will use the proceeds to support product development, AI initiatives, expansion of its technology team and broader growth plans.
MCO’s SaaS platform helps financial services firms manage compliance across employee activities, communications, transactions and third parties. The company serves more than 1,500 clients across more than 125 countries.
Brian Fahey, founder and CEO of MCO, said the investment would support the company’s efforts to help clients “transform how they leverage technology for compliance”, including by unifying processes, data and evidence, and deploying AI in areas where it can have the greatest impact.
The financing extends MCO’s existing relationship with Accel-KKR Credit Partners. The firm first backed MCO in 2020, provided about €10m of debt financing in February 2021 and, in May 2022, supported MCO’s acquisition of Schwab Compliance Technologies.
Accel-KKR Credit Partners is a private credit fund managed by Accel-KKR. The fund provides debt financing for acquisitions, shareholder transactions and growth initiatives. It has made more than 100 investments and deployed about $1.7bn of capital.
Accel-KKR has raised more than $23bn in cumulative capital commitments.
