ABN AMRO has provided €8 million in financing to Level.works, a Dutch labour-market company that recruits and trains practical talent for transport, logistics, public transport and technical roles.
The financing will support further growth, including attracting more talent, expanding programmes at Level.works Academy and enhancing digital recruitment, selection and support processes. Level.works is also accelerating its work in the technical and energy sectors, with plans to train 250 technicians over the coming year. The facility is backed by guarantee schemes from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the European Investment Fund.
Maikel Ringe, Corporate Banker at ABN AMRO, said Level.works attracts, trains and supports talent for sectors with structural labour shortages, and that its digital approach and Academy model set it apart. He said the financing, backed by RVO and EIF guarantees, supports the bank's strategy of financing businesses that strengthen Europe's competitiveness in technology, energy and mobility.
Roderik Kusters, Chief Executive of Level.works, said the financing was a vote of confidence in the company's model and the growth it has achieved, marking its development from start-up to a partner helping address labour shortages in the Netherlands.
